    You'll work your butt off.

    Advice to Management

Promote more talent rather than letting them leave...

    Pros

There are some driven motivated and intelligent bankers who you can learn a great deal from.

    Cons

Some of the team members are very poor managers and do not take an intelligent approach to the pitch generation or deal management process. The high attrition rate of employees reflects this shortcoming.

    Advice to Management

Develop better HR practices. Cultivate employees.

    Pros

I really can't think of any. I did have some good friends there.

    Cons

The HR department was terribly run as was IT. No one knew what was going on. My job role was constantly changing without any consultation with me and often without telling me until the last minute. One day people turned up at our area and told us that we would all be moving desks the next day.

    Advice to Management

Treat your staff with more respect and you will find that they respect you
