    Pros

    Some great people in the employee group to work with. A lot of hard working job focused individuals. Payscale was competitive for skilled workers.

    Cons

    Management constantly changes company focus. They are unable to follow a course of action for even one year before redirecting onto a new "plan". They have a multiyear history of somehow miscalculating employee commissions. When caught they consistently wait until after making financial reports to lenders before paying the employees. Management is negative focused. The employee group is blamed if they cannot make their monthly projections on sales dollars. This even applies to repair technicians. Bullying by several members of management is common. There has also been a great deal of improper sexually oriented gestures right in the front office by some management. It's a sexual harassment lawsuit just waiting to happen.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management would be smart to bring in outside accountants and keep all underlying managers out of the process until an audit is complete. The employee group knows of large amounts of expensive goods that have gone to certain managers personal interests unpaid for. This is known by the upper management but not the inactive share owner of the company.
