Former Employee – worked at Jennic
Pros – Being a pioneer in a new technology is always a challenge, but very satisfying to see a customer bring an idea to market.
Cons – Executive staff not qualified to make transition from consulting/custom development to standards-based products business. Compensation and benefits issues are mishandled.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire executives with experience in target markets, not executives trying to sell to target markets. Knowing how your product will be used is priceless.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
