    Leadership needs to go

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Englewood, CO

    Prosgood benefits
casual work environment and good w/l balance
    good food
you'll find a lot of company if you are Christian

    ConsFrustratingly slow to execute...on anything
Political with many directors having a big-fish-in-a-little-pond mentality
The people who led the company into the situation it's in are still there
Bloated company that can't respond to competition or meet commitments to Boeing
Too many employees wear their religion on their sleeves

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus on culling the entrenched, stale leadership and not the people bringing new ideas to the company. Start playing to win and stop playing not to lose.

Too many politics leads to slow delivery

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

    ProsGood pay and benefits
    Decent facility

ConsToo many management levels leads to confusion and various priorities
    Leaders are not held accountable

Advice to Senior ManagementCut some management or align the management to have a set of priorities.
Define clear and specific expectations for what success looks. It needs to be more than under budget, and on time.
Determine the priorities, and not have several #1's.
Let the doers do their work ~ upper management should get out of the way and let the people do the work they know how to do.
    Bring back educational benefits.

Good experience, many things to learn, average management

Project Manager (Former Employee) Englewood, CO

ProsBenefits, cafeteria, PTO, working from home opportunities

ConsPolitics everywhere, management is more concerned about their own interests and image instead of their employees, poor direction, lack of career advancement

Advice to Senior ManagementFire half of the VPs and Directors

    Solid opportunity with some issues

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsOpportunities to work on interesting products
    Good compensation and benefits
    Flexible schedules

    ConsOrganizational issues
    The business side over commits
    The technology side under delivers

Advice to Senior ManagementEmbrace the techies and end the politics and management bloat. Spend less time identifying synergies and circling back to meaningful objectives, and spend more time building good, functional software. Enforce a workable software development process instead of trying to mash waterfalls into agile teams.

    Not great

Aircraft Dispatcher (Former Employee) Denver, CO

ProsDecent benefits and area though it is getting expensive in Denver

ConsI worked as a Dispatcher at Jeppesen, it's a horrible culture within that department and a high burn out job.Management is sub-par in my opinion. Jeppesen in general is kind of a squirrely company..basically they're a monopoly and for the most part, are doing things the same way as they were 20-30 years ago.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou really need to take a hard look within. Forget about all of the touchy feely corporate stuff, you're wasting your time. You need to update your company to 2013. Some of your managers are very marginal with only political motivation
