    Pros

Webb hired and on-boarded me in a very timely fashion. Quick compliance training and I was off and ready to go. The team of people I work with is highly motivated and strong. I so far have enjoyed my time here.

    Cons

Outdated office space, could use a freshen up.

    Pros

There are no pros for working here.

    Cons

Company doesn't have a clue where its going. Upper management gets constantly shifted around without any rhyme or reason. They want to change but don't seem to understand that you need to change HOW the work is done, not who is responsible for the work. With a large sales miss coming, current employees should worry about keeping their jobs. There is no plan for employee retention (they have a very lame HR group). Several key employees have left the company in the past year and there was never any idea given about how their knowledge would be passed on to current employees.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to run a business. Try an understand how work actually gets done and who does it. Those who can retire should retire.

    Pros

Lots of great people. They're really fun to work and talk with.

    Cons

Management strongly micromanages. Innovation does not occur. The company doesn't know where its going or what it wants to do. Extremely antiquated company that feels like you went back in time 20 years when working there. Software engineering practices have not kept up with modern engineering and avoid every standard practice used in the rest of the industry.

    Advice to Management

    Let employees improve the product.

    Pros

Great people, interesting products, and good challenges on all levels

    Cons

A company adrift, constantly changing directions and very secretive. Hard to plan or align to company goals and objectives when they seem to change constantly.

    Advice to Management

Pick a direction and stick with it, sure there will be difficult challenges and at times will see insurmountable, but rewards are worth it. Also, let your staff in on the company's objectives and fully support them. Finally, realize that things happen, unplanned things happened.

    Pros

The people are great , they have become used to the Webb way and most people have become complacent, it's like working with zombies

    Cons

Old technology, everything done manually, a lot of talk and no do

    Advice to Management

Invest in technology, stop talking about it and do it

    Pros

Company continually reinventing itself, involved in material handling from design to implementation. Policies can and will be changed if they aren't working for the company.

    Cons

low compensation for certain positions, no merit based annual increases (without approval from head leadership), super outdated facilities in Farmington Hill HQ.

    Advice to Management

Make diversity a priority in upper management, properly benchmark salaries, revamp employee appraisal system, and get a newer building!

    Pros

Great employee events - from the summer picnic to the holiday potluck there's always events scheduled. It's nice to meet other people during these events who you might otherwise not run into. People are friendly and willing to help out. The benefits are great - health, dental, vision, 401K.

    Cons

Change is continuously happening - don't expect to have the same day twice. I enjoy this, others may find it a little bit overwhelming.

    Pros

It has a long history and has been around a long time. Typical benefits, not terrible, not better than average.

    Cons

Very old fashioned company, not very forward thinking in their policies or benefits. Also there are a lot of company politics at play. Management is not very fair or genuinely concerned with its employees happiness. Very reactive company. The company morale is often low and there are some very underserving executives in the company who seem determined to keep it that way. Management keeps the wrong guys in charge and promotes those who are not really interested in the company's welfare but their own welfare. It should be a great company but in actuality its a mess.

    Advice to Management

Rethink the management team, they are killing the company morale and employees who are not happy do not perform well.
