Emplooyees on the MRO side are expected to constanly pull a rabbit out of there hat without OT. Hiring correct personnel would be an asset, miccro managaeing is killing moral

there is one peson in managment that continues to use the bullying affect to get to the people under him. if you get in his good graces the world is good but if not ,,,look out

The previous review posted hit the nail right on the head!
The Good old Boy system is in full swing at this facility and needs to be addressed by upper management. This could be one of the better places to work in the Mid West. I have seen alot of well qualified and respectable employees either leave the company or were terminated under questionable terms.
This company has so much potential and a majority of the employees are hoping for good things to come from General Dynamics.

Advice to Senior Management

Upper management to take notice and firm action against unprofessional behavior and favoritism implemented by some of the supervisors.

The employees are eager to meet with a representative from General Dynamics and to hear what their future intentions are for Mid Coast Aviation.

Pros

it is a company with a good history and a good name. its MRO practice is of a good reputation. Its FBO ops is small but with good quality.

Cons

the management does not care so much about employee's needs. they do not pay for family members health insurance for example.

they should treat employees more fairly and promote people with capabilities
