    Pros

Working for JetBlue corporate was a good learning experience. Very flexible work environment and a lot of support

    Cons

Travel requirement for mtgs at various locations were tiring. Working for an airline doesn't always mean glamorous travel. Lots of time spent on shuttles!

    Advice to Management

Keep remembering why the airline started. Bring humanity back to travel. Keep reflecting on that.

I have been working at JetBlue full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

great group of pilots to work with. Aircraft are very well maintained. schedule flexibility is nice when we're not chronically understaffed in the summer and peak months

    Cons

the "we're all equal" culture is killing Captain's authority - which needs to be followed for safety and operational reasons. Too top heavy with self entitled millennials that don't understand or respect chain of command.

    Advice to Management

my union speaks for me....try to embrace that concept. stop sending out useless surveys that drive your own bonus structure, you're just wasting server bandwidth
