Pros
Positive environment, especially compared to other airlines. Easy to communicate with senior leadership. JetBlue has a great reputation and pay is reasonable.
Cons
Changes to work rules, pay and product take are not introduced in a timely manner. Culture is not the same after a number of losses.
Advice to Senior Management
Work on bringing back the family culture to JetBlue. Small perks can mean a lot to crew members. Overall, I think management does a good job considering the current economic climate.
