I worked at JetBlue full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The brand is well known and still has clout to help elevate a resume.

    Cons

Disorganized, political and not necessarily what one would expect from how the brand seems to be.

    Advice to Management

Increase transparency, provide the teams with much needed resources and real organizational development

    Pros

Working for JetBlue corporate was a good learning experience. Very flexible work environment and a lot of support

    Cons

Travel requirement for mtgs at various locations were tiring. Working for an airline doesn't always mean glamorous travel. Lots of time spent on shuttles!

    Advice to Management

Keep remembering why the airline started. Bring humanity back to travel. Keep reflecting on that.

    Pros

They pay me to be there. You too

    Cons

Leadership has no backbone. Management doesn't care about workers, but a select few

    Advice to Management

I worked at JetBlue (Less than a year)

    Pros

Amazing fellow crew members. You'll get to meet people from all walks of life all over the America's. The pay isn't the best until about year five.

    Cons

Long hours. With ought a union, management often changes work rules and hours of acceptable duty day at a whim.

    Advice to Management

Being pro union is not anti Jetblue. Management needs to understand that extremely long work hours with minimal rest is not safe.

    Pros

I want to meet new people and travel around the world, also like to learn new skills not for the benefit of myself but for others as well. Furthermore, I would love to explore the company's vast opportunities while giving my best to serve and care for everyone I'm obligated to.

    Cons

Haven't been disappointed yet with the services at JetBlue. I hope they continue to enhance and maintain a excellent service and commitment to their consumer and employees.

    Advice to Management

Continue to care and treat all your employees with dignity and love.

    Pros

Work at home most of the time, excellent support from upper management. We were given the autonomy to solve problems for customers.

    Cons

Stringent call center type rules as far as login times and breaks was not for me. Pay was not on same level as other work from home airlines.

    Advice to Management

Every crew member I knew felt valued by the company. I would just say to continue with listening to them and continue with your values.
