I have been working at JetBlue full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

when you work for any airline you get wonderful travel benefits. JetBlue has some of the best out there. The crews you work with are wonderful and you're always getting the chance to see new places.

    Cons

The company seems to care more about the customer than the safety and well being of the crew members. Can be very stressful and even though they promise flexible hours it's nearly impossible to change your schedule once it's been assigned to you.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to take more time to make sure their employees are safe and well. The current systems in place makes it so employees are afraid to call out even when detrimental to their health and that ultimately will lead to much bigger problems.
