    Pros

Great company! Leadership is very communicative and it has a great culture of fun.

    Cons

Mostly domestic flying. Days can be very long and mid level management can be very passive at times. There is also a bit of inconsistency.

    Advice to Management

I would say to set proper goals and standards. Enforcement of professionalism more so than just service and stay consistent

    Pros

As a frontline airport employee, there is plenty of work schedule flexibility.

    Cons

You're left with little choice but to move away to seek a promotion. More often than not any internal job you don't qualify for.

    Advice to Management

Walk the Walk and Talk the Talk. Promote from within

    Pros

You meet many great coworkers, while in the air, and can build lasting friendships. The work can be exhausting, but the perks of travel make it a fair trade-off.

    Cons

Managers that have certified, but have not actually done your job. The ability to "write-up" all other coworkers, in all positions, which can lead to petty situations. The pay and cost of healthcare makes it very difficult to thrive.

    Advice to Management

If you have a small enough group that you are managing, try to get to know these people personally. Since hardly anyone lives in base, the family aspect is more important than your average 9-5.

    Pros

The best part of employment with this company is of course the flight benefits. You are allowed to fly free from your date of hire.

    Cons

Scheduling, standing for long hours, hard work with no recognition. At Jetblue you will work harder than any airline and one mistake is like cutting your own throat. No sympathy for employees... And no sick days! They are not afraid to tell you thousands apply everyday you are a dime a dozen!

    Advice to Management

Don't just air on the side of humanity keep some on the ground for your workers.

    No opinion of CEO
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

co-workers, flexible hours, ability to control your own schedule, flight benefits are great.

    Cons

sometimes felt like a slave, working non-stop, have to stand for entire shift, sitting not allowed on the job, sometimes would go without a single break for a ten hour shift and then forced to stay past your shift because of inadequate staffing.

    Advice to Management

Hire more people. Stop over-working your staff. How about having chairs to sit in like the other airlines? And a conveyor belt that brings heavy bags from counter scale to bag belt so staff don't have to suffer unnecessary injuries.
