    I worked at JetBlue full-time

    Pros

Nice company rep to get your foot in the door at bigger employers

    Cons

Too much vertical. Many leaders with no direct reports. Old school approach to things.

    Pros

Flight benefits. Co-workers. Easy and RELIABLE shift trade and bidding process. Great employee benefits for PT staff as well. Overall cool corporate culture.

    Cons

Starting pay could be higher (they're working on it). More FT opportunities should be made available.

    I worked at JetBlue full-time

    Pros

Great company great people great benefits you get all exciting when you get the offer letter and when your in training but you don't really have the job until you pass all 6 tests.

    Cons

You have to pass 6 test in training. You only have 1 retake. If you don't pass with 80% or higher they let you go.

    Advice to Management

Let people have chance to retake each test at least once. It's not fair that only once retake for all 6 tests.

I have been working at JetBlue full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Flight perks, nice people. Nice Long Island City location. The LIC headquarters is very accessible by public transportation, parking lots in the area if one drives in.

    Cons

There's little to no transparency in the recruitment process. It takes months, with constant follow-up on behalf of the applicant.

    Advice to Management

Cut the bureaucratic nonsense, and revamp the recruitment process. Not all candidates have months and months to waste on the process. JetBlue may lose top notch employees who otherwise may accept a position with an organization with a stronger sense of urgency
