Great benefits, but disorganized and inefficient organization

Pros4 weeks vacation, plus personal and sick days (as a new hire)
Jewish holidays off
40 hour work week

ConsLack of regular feedback about work performance; lack of accountability
Too much job security; some very incompetent, lazy employees are kept on because management "feels bad" firing them

love working there and miss the people and the children i serve

I worked at Jewish Child Care Association of New York

Proslearning and understand to help the children to have a happy better life and teaching them life skills
and every day life make them understand how jcca is there to help them more & give them the tool they need

Conssome of the supervisor need more tranining how to deal better with it workers if someone calls me i will expalin more how i feel on this matter

Advice to Senior Managementneed to check out new worker more carefull and see if the job is for them need to do more back round checks on people working there and more drug testing on the worker new and old !!! meaning a spot check at any time given with out no one knowing being tested
