“Wonderful Organization”

Pros

Does fabulous outreach and really changes the lives of many people.
Employees and management are all honest, considerate, and very fair.
Rewarding.
Located in JCC.

Cons

Does not pay that well.
May require long hours at times.
JCC is difficult to access by public transportation.
Personnel changes are frequent.

Advice to Senior Management

The leadership of Jewish Education through Torah is fair and conscientious. They should continue to be understanding of their employees' needs for time off at various points, for example, and to offer them encouragement and make them feel appreciated.
