    Pros

The co- workers are great as well as business concept.

    Cons

Very poor Corporate leadership that does not really care about customers or their employees just about making sales.

    Advice to Management

    Look at the whole picture.

    Pros

Bonus structure. Work life balance. Lots of reviews on here complain about work life balance. Find a retail / customer service store in any capacity where the manager works 9-5 Monday through Friday. Then send it to me because it doesn't exist. Coming from a resturant where I pulled 65-75 hours a week , 55 is totally cool. Lots of days I leave at 5. Some days I work 12 hour days. Always have sunday off and one other day during the week.

    Cons

Working most Saturdays. Hot in summer , cold in winter. Employees pay for uniforms. I actually work for Lucor , not jiffy lube. Which is ok but a franchisee will never have the financial muscle and stability of a bigger company. But lucor is the biggest of the jiffy lube franchises and publicly traded so it's pretty good.

    Advice to Management

    Pay for uniforms. Keep growing.

not trustworthy employees, dishonesty, unethical work takes place behind closed doors, managers are blind to what other employees do wrong.

    Advice to Management

keep a closer eye on employees to make sure work is getting done right and that customers are treated fairly and get what they paid for.

    Pros

Opportunity for advancement Physically active Most other employees are easy to get along with Management is easy-going for the most part

    Cons

Low pay No benefits until after you're considered "full-time" (1-2 years) Corporate management doesn't care about employees AT ALL Little Review: I work 76 hours a week, 7 days a week, and it's not by choice. I am pretty much forced to work this insane schedule. As an Assistant Manager, I make less than 10.00 an hour. The company is generally a decent company, until you get into management. After that, you are nothing more than a number. The only thing that they care about (and this is franchise specific, in my case, its LUCOR) is money. Money this, money that, where's the money, what's your labor at? Every day. And you have to spoon feed these people common sense.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your employees. If they ask for something, do your best to accommodate. Be prompt. Just plain show some concern or that you care.

    Pros

their aren't any pros to this job, you get treated like crap reguardless

    Cons

when they hire or push people into a position they know nothing about, and or do they know how to treat employees. They need to properly train people not just computer based training but hands on by people who know there job.

    Advice to Management

properly train, and treat people with respect stop putting down people, talking trash to make yourself feel better.

    Pros

It is a good job for while in high school, teaches how to take care of your own car and most managers and other coworkers are easy to get along with.

    Cons

Corporate doesn't care about employees and the pay is garbage for the amount of work you do. Smelling like oil is common at the end of the day and many customers blame you if any thing goes wrong in the car whether it was pre-existing or not. If you can try to get a different job after you graduate.

    Cons

There was little communication between employees and management. The hours are part time and you are never on a set shift.
