Pros

If you've never had a job before, this is the place to kick start your working career. If you want a lot of hours for minimum wage, then work here. If your a slacker and want to get away with it, work here. If you like to be pushed around, work here. Otherwise, don't work here.

Cons

Unions. For teenagers they are completely useless, unless your a slack off. Secondly, it is a dead boring job, and the pay is crap. Some customers that come through your till are really nice, while others are complaining pricks.

Advice to Senior Management

Do your job better. When employees tell you they can't work a day and give you fair warning, respect them. If they need to cut down their hours (Which I didn't even want) Respect them, especially when its for school. When you promise a retention bonus, pay the full thing and don't tell us it varies for your avg hrs per week once we get the bonus. Learn to be honest, and respectful of employees.
