“Overall, a negative work experience.”
I have been working at Jimbo's Naturally full-time
Pros – Great products that are easy sell. 20% employee discount. Somehow they hire really likable people, but those are not the employees who stick around.
Cons – The cost of health benefits are 1/4-1/2 the monthly salary of an entry level employee. The company has very high turn over.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to the employees on the floor.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
