    good team and friendly people
    business class travel to china
    great learning opportunity, very high technical level
    product is well made, good factory base

    Cons

    work overload is absurd, long long hours
    the team is always on a deadline and under pressure
    not enough office space, no cafeteria or break room
    no creative freedom

    start being more aware of the employees well-being and people will be more motivated

    1. Ability to work with other teams and gain well rounded knowledge of footwear development.
    2.Business class to Asia and International flights.
    3.Most designers at Jimlar are friendly and hard working.
    4.Midtown location next to flat iron is amazing.
    5.Jimlar pays well for the hard work.

    Cons

    1.long hours
    2.Projects never seem to slow down, busy most of the time.
    3.Over seas travel for long periods of time.
    4.Not a creative environment.

    Health benefits, PTO 15 days, and business class flights to Asia.

    Cons

    You may get yelled at, frequent travel, late nights, no communication, lack of leadership, and management doesn't care about you as long as the work gets done they don't care at all otherwise.
