    Pros

Jingle is a small company where individuals who work hard can make a big impact. The environment is fast paced, always fluid, and ripe with opportunity to grow and learn.

    Cons

If you are not a person who likes stress or being the one person responsible for a huge production component, then it's not the place for you. On the other hand, if you thrive on that sort of thing, it's terrific.

    Advice to Management

Don't forget who gets the work done.
