Pros – I enjoyed the weekly company meetings. I like that you can bring you dog to work. Free beverages and snacks.
Cons – Some departments would have their own cliques and would talk down to people in my department. It often felt like I was in high school.
Advice to Senior Management – Senior Managment should be willing to have better communication with staff and give employees more opportumties for advancement.
