    Not the dream job

Sales Representative (Current Employee) Tulsa, OK

ProsDiscount if you buy a car, possibility of a decent salary if you hit 15 or more sales

ConsLong hours, 60hr weeks at least. Most sales are always minimum commission. Sales people and management turnaround is avg 2 months. No benefits. Management takes care of a handful of senior employees but the rest are treated like disposable elements. Very tense and stressful atmosphere even when there are no car deals going on.

Advice to Senior ManagementA company is only as strong as its people, if you don't provide a stable environment (salary, benefits, hours, management) for employees you can't expect the best.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

I had a great time, it was a very good training experience in using their training techniques

Auto Sales (Current Employee) Midwest City, OK

ProsJoe Cooper management was full of good people. They had a very relaxed atmosphere, as long as you did your job. The people made the place fun, I was surrounded by many that were willing to help as long as you took your job serious and showed effort. There is the ability to lead and grow at this dealership.

ConsYou're selling cars. There can be a lot of waiting for a customer to hit the lot. What you do with your downtime is up to you.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
