    I worked at Joe's

    Pros

Fun place if you like sports & outdoors
    Not a stressful job
Most of your coworkers are young and fun to be around

    Cons

The management does care about the associates or seem that intelligent
Hours and pay are based on tenure and not performance
No training before going on floor

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Train associates before they go on the floor. You are just flung out there on the very first day of work. Give new associates a little training first. Especially in regards to the technical aspects of the job.
