    Pros

A new office which is very aestheticly pleasing, located in the heart of the financial district. Very tech savvy, all Mac office. Small firm so you have easy access to management.

    Cons

An alll Mac office (a negative for PC folks). Wall Street location not liked by some...post 9/11. Small firm not well known. Senior Management micro-manages.

    Advice to Management

The road to success is typically a long one...a marathon, not a sprint. Don't rush to grow too fast. Maintain a high level of standard for employees and that they are qualified for their role.
