    Pros

Brand name, big company, friendly people, diverse

    Cons

no chance to learn something, be utilized, or opportunity to prove oneself

    Advice to Management

Connect with your interns and really give them work and monitor their progress. My own boss didn't even know what I did everyday, and would wait to "train me" on basic things I could have learned earlier.

    Pros

Pay was good, benefits were very good.

    Cons

Management got more into outsourcing and less into valuing contributing employees (unless you were young and cheap). Outsourcing proved to do little for the bottom line and was bad for customer service and technical support.

    Advice to Management

Bring your technology support / development back to the US.
