    John Zink Engineer

    Electronics Engineer (Former Employee)
    Foster City, CA

ProsFair compensation, good benefits, very competitive in the industry, Strong market presence. Employees are team players. Free doughnuts and bagels on Fridays.

ConsLimited communication with upper management. Little to no recognition for a job well done. Few opportunities for advancement. Outdated technology in a rapidly changing industry.

Advice to Senior ManagementWork on creating a more inviting team oriented atmosphere and offer more feedback and recognition to lower level employees. Integrate departments better to avoid being too compartmentalized.
