    Finance (Current Employee) Baltimore, MD

ProsHealth benefits, flexible schedule will try to accomidate you.

Conspay increases are terrible 1% or less, all time is limped together meaning sick and vacation are not seperate, advancement based on who you know, does not care about their employees at all, office politics and popularity rule, pay sucks. Hopkins is a name but does not treat employees well.

Credentialing Manager (Current Employee) Baltimore, MD

ProsPrestige, world-renowned entity, excellent benefits for employee

Conschange is very slow, innovative approaches are not welcomed in the organizational/business/ back office departments. Not technically advanced in IT applications. Extremely bureaucratic and NOT a place for an entrepreneurial person to work

    Outstanding Company

Medical Records Service Representative (Former Employee) Odenton, MD

ProsI had a wonderful work experience with Johns Hopkins. I was lucky enough to have my first job here and they really took great care of me. For someone who didn't have much experience, they really trained me so I can provide excellent service to the patients.

ConsI heard people saying that the company was quite disorganized. I disagree since I've had experience with other hospitals now and i can tell that they are much worse!

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep up the outstanding work!
