I worked at Johnson And Johnson Health Care Systems as an intern for less than a year
Pros – slow, good salary, ethic, good to employees. there is free coffee, even hot chocolate. working environment is nice, clean and spacious. put you into a good mood.
Cons – too slow for a young man. there is nothing wrong in being a well-organized big corporation, as is JNJ. but the bigger the organization, the less energy you feel. a number of people may just get away with pointless work, while a few of the smart guys work too hard to live a life

Pros – Johnson & Johnson has good name recognition & reputation.
Cons – This division of J&J is not fair when promoting and advancing its employees. It is not based on experience or merit, but rather on who knows who. If you are looking for a place to grow and develop your career this is definitely not the place for you.
Advice to Senior Management – Please review how your employees are being evaluated, and maybe enlist the help of a outside source to improve employee morale.

I have been working at Johnson And Johnson Health Care Systems
Pros – JJHCS has good pay, due to the senior levels from which they hire
Ability to network across the J&J family of companies
Learning the broad health care marketplace, by representing all of J&J
Cons – Don't expect to transition back to another J&J Operating Company at a similar or higher level- it's almost impossible- Most people take a step back in title. Even this is difficult. The Operating Companies don't understand or respect this position
Lack of respect from the Operating Companies- Not much direction on what should be done and very few resources and tools to provide to your customers.
This company and position sound great on paper, but in reality aren't good positions for moving your career forward.
Advice to Senior Management – Have dedicated account teams that the operating companies support. Invest in marketing capabilities and establish resources from the operating companies that account managment can utilize in their accounts. Get alignment on succession planning opportunities back at the operating companies that reward the expertise and experience this position provides.
