I worked at Johnson Controls full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Very stable and successful track record of delivery quarterly profits to share holders. Employee benefits were very good. Strong reputation and very ethical

    Cons

Very bureaucratic and impersonal. Lack of stability in leadership and management at the market unit level. Support by HR was very poor. Highly focused on monthly results with little regard for the welfare of employees and customers.

    Advice to Management

Take a strong look at the top leader, question integrity. Focus on welfare of the employees and on delivering on commitments to customers
