“Overloaded, underpaid”
I have been working at Johnson Matthey Pharma Services
Pros – Knowledgeable colleagues, hands on instrument experience
Cons – Work is disorganized, pace is grueling and unrelenting. Mgmt has no work life balance so it is expected that subordinates should not have a good balance either.
QC Senior mgmt is inept, as is QC middle mgmt,
Advice to Senior Management – organize, spend some $$ on LIMS, hire more staff because the workload causes good employees to leave for greener pastures
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
