I worked at Johnson Outdoors full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – good benefits, mostly good people
Cons – corporate technology team is remote and doesn't understand daily needs of environment they support
Advice to Senior Management – have remote corp tech director and team visit each supported site on a regular basis for a week, and not once every year for 2 days
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

I worked at Johnson Outdoors full-time for more than 5 years
Pros – Excellent product line, strong management, family values in a public company. Good opportunities in subs as well especially the high growth Motors. CEO is strategically strong
Cons – Not an exciting city(Racine), Watercraft is not the place to be, should be excellent growth with time in the international world.
Advice to Senior Management – Have more fun--it is a fun product line.
