Cons – Unstructured management trainee program.
Unfocussed and uninterested Human Resources Department.
The organization does not adequately identify and develop talent.

Advice to Senior Management – Overhaul the MT programme.
It is important for any MNC serious about it's operations in India to have a talent development programme which is at par with global standard.

Pros – Great training opportunities but very little mentorship.

Cons – Still very much an old boy's club. Advancement not always based on aptitude and competency but rather who at the next level has your back. Very little trust fostered in the corporate environment both amongst management and certainly between them and the front line workers.

Advice to Senior Management – Show more respect for your employees. You are not fooling anyone by putting a spin on what is really going on. Integrity means being honest and truthful.
