“JOHA is a great place to learn and practice.”
Current Employee – been working at Joliet Oncology Hematology Associates
Pros – The staff is very friendly. The hours are flexible. There are no weekend hours. Supervisors will listen to their workes most of the time.
Cons – In some cases what the management is planning on doing is not made clear to the workers and it had made the work environment very tense.
Advice to Senior Management – They dont need to disclose all the in's and out's of our company but some things do need to be clarified.
