Pros
great employees! benefits! work environment! I enjoyed working at the easy spirit in gaithersburg. My manager and coworkers were so nice to be around.
Cons
The backroom was atrocious. The store also reaked of old people. The pay was also not the best. The worst I have gotten in retail!
Advice to Senior Management
I would look at changing your pay structure. So many of my coworkers did not put much effort into selling the product because there were no incentives.
