Recognize and reward all employees equally, even non-revenue generators.

Good balance between work and free time
Cons
Information does not flow freely down stream.
Advice to Senior Management
Stay in touch with the little people.
Pros
Exposure to network was excellent.
Cons
Process intensive requirements for job.
Advice to Senior Management
Provide real access to internal openings. Most of the time, it seemed as if a candidate had already been selected.
Pros
Good Benefits - healthcare, 401k, etc.
Professional Environment
Nice co-workers
Respected / Recognized Name
Cons
Difficult to move around within the organization
Unable to create your own path due to size of the firm
Pay is below market
Very corporate environment (like "the office")
Advice to Senior Management
Communication between business groups / geographies could be much better. It is difficult to leverage JLL's global platform and wealth of knowledge / expertise.
Pros
Jones Lang LaSalle solid company and good benefits
Cons
Limited communication between accounts, not easy to advance.
Advice to Senior Management
none
Pros
Great team environment. Jll hires the best and the brightest and there are a lot of people to learn from.
Cons
Its a large company...you can feel like a number.
Advice to Senior Management
Each service line can be a siloh.
Pros
Industry reputation.
Consistent revenue growth.
Global strategic plan.
Cons
Overly bureaucratic.
Flat organization, talent spread too thin.
Finance is viewed as back-office overhead.
Advice to Senior Management
Senior Management does not give credit for significant contributions from deputies.
Feedback from Senior Management is not representative of own actions.
Pros
The work environment itself isn't bad but the management seems to not care about any of the issues of the employees.
Cons
Management will tell you that you have room for advancing but you will not see it anywhere in your future. as a matter of fact, you will more likely get transferred to the call center where you will stay.
Advice to Senior Management
Don't lie to your new employees selling hopes and dreams of advancement just to disappoint them two years down the line.
Pros
Great work life balance. Consistent hours per week.
Ease in taking your vacation time.
I work with a great team.
Cons
I received promotions with little to no raises.
No transportation reimbursement for public transportation.
Hired some unqualified employees.
Some people don't carry their own weight.
Advice to Senior Management
I would suggest people in a team have more say in some decisions. I would have liked my manager to have gone to bat a little more in regards to raises.
Pros
Attractive brand name, attractive account to manage
Cons
Boring, brainless to the point of silliness. Job description do not measure up to actual role. The position is hollow one that does not require real decision making or creates impact in any way. No much to discover and suitable for coasting.
Advice to Senior Management
Need to relook how accounts are being run
