    Pros

Stable job, lots of work, holiday pay, laid back environment

    Cons

Pay leaves much to be desired. Lease admin is the bottom of the food chain.

    Advice to Management

Be more consistent with salary and follow through with promises - don't lie to your employees.

    Pros

Benefits and opportunities, the company rates high here

    Cons

I worked in Corporate Solutions, I was on an island. No support, no growth, no career development. I sat on client sites and was lucky if anyone at JLL remembered I worked there. When my contract was up, no support, no help, just "good luck"

    Advice to Management

Find a way to integrate employees who are isolated on client sites. Engage with them, help them redeploy when the contracts are over. There is a lot of talk about this, but that certainly wasn't my reality.

Great company performance does not equal great employee pay and benefits

    Pros

Most managers offer flexible working arrangements, allowing for working remotely a couple of days a week. The dress code has been relaxed, which makes life a little easier. There is plenty of work, so you will never get bored.

    Cons

The motto of "doing more with less" definitely applies here. Company is always in cost containment mode, which equates to reducing headcount and spreading the work to the existing individuals without any additional compensation. This eliminates the work-life balance and creates an atmosphere of work overload. Unfortunately, all this hard work is generally not rewarded with any additional compensation. The company has a record year and the employees get marginal salary increases and the tone the company sets is one of "you should be happy you have a job" instead of rewarding the employees for their efforts.

    Advice to Management

Consider rewarding your devoted employees with a reasonable salary increase and bonus. When the company has record profits and the employees are given the standard 2% raise, it does very little to motivate them. Think how profitable the company could be if you actually tried motivating the employees instead of seeing how long you can string them along with minimal increases and no opportunities to grow.

    Pros

The benefits are pretty good, the company is large enough where you can move and advance your career

    Cons

Leaders have no idea what they're doing. Direct management is incompetent and is so busy shoving the JLL world down their clients' throats they can't pay attention to the needs of their own staffers. When you bring up a concern to HR and have a conversation regarding the office you're working in, nothing is done. An employee had her privacy violated by another employee - to the point where the first employee could have brought up legal action against the other employee as well as the company - and absolutely nothing was done. JLL sells unnecessary services to the client.

    Advice to Management

Talk with your local-level managers. Get them to actually do their job and interface with their employees. And listen to your lower level employees. Take action when something happens in your clients' offices. Stop making people complete unnecessary reports and tasks just so someone somewhere can keep a job. The extra work just so a spreadsheet can sit in a database and never get looked at is asinine and outdated.
