    Pros

Jones Networking was a great first job, fresh out of school. You learn about day to day business and different Industries while making commission. Everyone was nice and willing to teach you, not a competitive atmosphere.

    Cons

not a lot of upward mobility due to small company.

    Advice to Management

Benefits and compensation packages could be more competitive for the area.

    Pros

Great colleagues and leadership, excellent incentives (commission, bonuses, paid vacations, etc.) and very fast paced. Free parking in Old Town Alexandria. Very fun office; with a lot of team work and no micro-management. Strong training and mentoring program.

    Cons

Employee Benefits are not in line with competitors.

    Advice to Management

Employee benefits should be re-evaluated. (Consider offering vision insurance, disability and/or maternity leave)

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Jones Networking (More than a year)

    Pros

Good location Seemingly friendly staff Friendly receptionist Metro accessible Sometimes flexible hours

    Cons

They string you along with awesome sounding (but made up) job opportunities, but then the job they assign you to is lacking in comparison No benefits Dishonest about pay offered, will quote one number, then deliver a lower number, and they will claim they had quoted the lower number earlier Don't bother to read your resume and may assign you to a position that you aren't qualified for, then will blame you somehow if you point out that you are not qualified for the job they assign you to

    Advice to Management

You need more experienced Hiring managers The Hiring managers you have are too young and inexperienced to do a good job, and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes (which are many) in other words, they are the typical Millennial employees

I have been working at Jones Networking full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great co-workers, good base salary and commission on temp and direct hire placements. Fun office environment, very team oriented. The management is fair and professional. Very busy, so the days and weeks fly by fast. Free parking in Old Town.

    Cons

Strict work schedule, no flexibility to deviate from the 8:00 to 5:00 work hours or telecommute. Quotas can be tough to fill at certain times of the year.

    Advice to Management

Add another admin assistant to the office to assist the recruiters with the mundane tasks.

    Pros

Employees are treated with respect and management is always available but they do not micro-manage . The president of the company gives all employees a gift card on their birthday and anniversary. The benefits are very good and they pay for parking. The training is very hands on. Everyone gets along very well. If the account managers meet their annual quota, they are sent on an all expenses paid Caribbean vacation for two people. A pet friendly environment helps the employees bond with one another!

    Cons

The vacation time only increases after 5 years of employment. Only mangement have their own office.

    Advice to Management

Additional feedback on employee performance and company profits and growth would be appreciated.
