I have been working at Joyce Leslie part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Employee discount, cool people to work with.

    Cons

You get treated like you are less than a human being. There is this horribly despicable man from corporate who treats everyone like they are dirt! Won't install cameras and somehow we're responsible for people stealing even though we are not allowed to "accuse anyone of stealing" You are not allowed to take days off during holidays. Only allowed to take vacation May through August. You get written up over everything. Everyone who works here is miserable. THE OWNERS OF THE COMPANY ARE THE CHEAPEST PEOPLE ON EARTH.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start treating people the way you want to be treated!!!

    Pros

Everyone suffers in silence just like you do. You are not the only one that gets yelled and cursed at everyone does. You are working/living in an era where you have no rights and no opinion. And yes this is a pro.

    Cons

No sick days, no personal days you are yelled and cursed at

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire some management because there is none.
