    Pros

We have an unbelievable amount of talented people who are pushing the limits of what can be done. You will not hear no that is impossible from Sr management as many times, much to their delight and surprise seemingly impossible tasks have not only been solved, but crushed. We are obsessed with reducing latency at all levels and exposing even more ways to improve.

    Cons

It's a startup with all of the normal growing pains.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep honing in and focus our energies on getting a manageable amount of projects to a specific milestone, rather then lots of projects moving very slowly.
