    Pros

    Jumeirah provides lots of very good , life time needed trainings and if you are lucky you can get to study in Emirates Academy for 3 years and working at the same time but over all contract will be for about 5 or 6 years

    Cons

    Lots of pressure , long hours

    Should increase salary to the groung staff as considering DUBAI got more expensive after EXPO 2020 and salary is nt enough

    Pros

    Forward thinking, driven to succeed, Great Learning experience and superb environment. Class leading in a very competitive market. They really put so much effort to develop skills and talent in their team. Ample opportunities to grow and learn within their setup. Compensation is competitive, and benefits are good.

    Some staff housing units could be better.

    Pros

    Great place to start up the career for new beginners. I would say, they give the best benefits to colleagues. Best medical insurance, free transportation, best accommodation, free meal, free uniform from head to toe, every 2 years flight allowance depending on your point of origin, every year allowance for managerial position, Bonus every 3 months apart from the service charge every month and tips.

    Cons

    Has a very high standard that most of the new colleagues get culture shock.
