Lucky to be part of the Junction Team

Sales & Marketing (Current Employee)
Atlanta, GA

I have been working at Junction Solutions, Inc. full-time for more than a year

ProsThe level of intelligence and industry knowledge at Junction creates learning experiences every time I interact with my co-workers. There is a great amount of support across departments and the executive team seems to know everyone, down to lower level staff. Benefits, pay and time off are equal to or greater than other companies.

ConsLike any growing company, communication can sometimes be a challenge, but people seem to be open to honest critiques and not take them personally.

Advice to Senior ManagementAs Junction grows, keep up the transparency of our success.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Not a good company to work for.

Senior Consultant (Current Employee)
Atlanta, GA

I have been working at Junction Solutions, Inc. full-time

ProsThere is nothing positive worth saying

ConsMain source of training is the Elearning. Nasty project manager who yelled and insulted less experience consultants for asking legitimate questions. This is not an environment for learning. Consultants are backstabbing one another. The word F is everyday language among management.

Pretty good company that's getting better

Consultant (Current Employee)
Alpharetta, GA

I have been working at Junction Solutions, Inc. full-time for more than a year

Pros- They are patient through the training program and when you start getting on projects bein very willing to help new people learn, this can't be said for other consulting firms that often times just throw you to the wolves.
- competitive starting salary
- good benefits
- good opportunities for growth
- fun group of people that you will enjoy working with, this pretty much applies from the top down

Cons- there are times when coming off of training that it can take a little while to be put full time on a project, but this can be hit or miss
- the training can be different from office to office

Advice to Senior Management- standardize the training more so that from office to office all employees have the same opportunities

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

they are growing

Senior Consultant (Current Employee)
Atlanta, GA

I have been working at Junction Solutions, Inc.

Pros* very little red tape - filing expenses and time couldn't be easier!
* chances to grow - plenty of infrastructure needs to be built. An enterprising person can go out and do it.
* formal training program - terrific for a young consultant

Cons* lack of structure can make it difficult to stay staffed
* limited in-house business expertise. strategy seems to be driven by technologists

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
