The company has grown and continues to grow a lot.
Keeping the startup engineering culture as the company grows is turning out to be a challenge.
Advice to Senior Management
Make efforts to keep the engineering culture that has helped deliver the best products in the industry as the company and the emphasis on business grows.
Let the engineering teams find practical solutions that work for them for the scaling challenges the teams face, and not constantly telling them what to do.
Pros

You will be sucked into the whole corporate politics. You have to deal with people who doesn't know what the hell they are doing on a daily basis
Advice to Senior Management
Don't lose focus. Juniper networks has a very good opportunity to be the only guys who can give trouble to cisco. Don't lose that.
