    Pros

If you are very good at sales then you can make a lot of money. Everything is commission based.

    Cons

No base salary, all commission based. Company not ethical at all, whether it's to employees or customers. They still owe me around $500 in unpaid commissions and bonuses.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees right, pay them like you are supposed to. Also treat your customers right and don't try any scam tactics.

    Pros

New programs, a lot of moving parts.

    Cons

Management was impatient with new employee. No desire to develop a relationship.

    Advice to Management

    Smile and take mentorship seriously.

    Pros

You might be lucky to end up in a good team.... a good place to learn for out of school students.

    Cons

The company runs on scam....just type "FULL STORY: The Just Energy Hustle" in youtube and know this company better before you think of joining them.. All the top managers know this and are totally fine with this fact, so don't get frustrated if you end up working for idiot managers who don't know anything but a fake smile... most of the managers are assigned not because of their hard work and determination but because they know some VP or director there...

    Pros

There is opportunity to make a lot of money, commissions aren't capped.

    Cons

The hours are long, mostly because you spend an hour or more travelling to locations.

    Advice to Management

Be more flexible with regards to working long hours

    Pros

Growing company with opportunity if you are the right fit.

    Cons

The more yes sir you are, the more you climb. Leaders seem uninvolved, want numbers without guidance. Direction of company seems to constantly change. Although CEO is woman, one level down seems very male heavy in numbers and attitude.

    Advice to Management

    Clean up operational procedures.

    Pros

Pay can seem worth selling your soul.

    Cons

Terrible company to get involved with. 8 hrs/day in the field Mon-Sat, but dedicating 12+ a day to work, no holidays, no benefits, no life. Train you to deceive, harass, make up random bs to people who already hate JE for good reason. Harass you if you want to quit, very money-oriented. Doing more harm than good.

Depending on your department/ mine being door to door its bad people don't like you knocking and a lot of doors get closed in your face

    Advice to Management

    pay hourly plus commissions

    Pros

    Great Benefits/ Paid time off

    Cons

Extremely stressful. Customer reps must constantly clean up the lies told by the independent contractors. Managers are not very helpful. There is no room for advancement unless you are from Canada.

    Pros

Potential Vacations to other countries, Provided you sign enough people up. Reasonable start time. Good positive team atmosphere. Lots of walking.

    Cons

100% Commission so while you're training and not signing people up yourself you are working long hours without getting paid. If you went through what I went through then you will be working a full week of 11 hour days not getting a sign up cause your trainer will take your contract on the two days where they're supposed to be shadowing you. You doing the work and the trainer taking the money you worked for. Don't recommend working for this company.

    Advice to Management

When shadowing people and they're doing well continue shadowing. don't take their contracts.
