If you like the Western/Country industry, you'll do just fine.

    Pros

    - Friendly people
    - Boots and memorabilia everywhere! Cool to see marketing materials, limited-run boots and prototypes. Also, some boot manufacturing done right next door.

    Cons

    - When work gets slow, it drags by. Could have better management of task assignment.
    - Definitely a community of "good old boys." Although people are friendly, it can be hard to break into the in-crowd.
