Pros – EQ of top management is fantastic, Better future prospects, Encourages participation in decision making, Reasonably good opportunities are available for the right candidate.

Cons – the products such as ujala are older technologies which are not used much by the public. It also applies to maxo, another of the company's products

Advice to Senior Management – invest in modern technologies

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at Jyothy Laboratories full-time for more than 8 years

Pros – Every season but 2008 -2009 very good . i got very attractive benefits. I have achieved more than my
target . Fist and second quarter of this year very good.

Cons – policy of promotion is not proper manner .Dirty policy should way of good organization .
promotion should be employee performance . Do better and try do other better.

Advice to Senior Management – please do not retrench employee,

Pros – A santimentaly attached compony with the their employees.

Cons – Joining of employee at lower salary.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep santimental attachment from the employees.
