    Pros

Guaranteed pay is only if you allow them to falsify your logs

    Cons

Log violations. Falsify Logs. 8 & 2 hour breaks not 10's. off duty driving while loaded. time at shippers and receivers count towards breaks even if you're working during them. forced routing

    Advice to Management

Not worth the amount of trouble. don't allow them to get you HOS violations.

    Pros

MONEY MONEY MONEY there was money to be made if you did your job with out the whining and complaining

    Cons

NIGHT DISPATCH WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST.....I have worked for a few trucking outfits and this was by far the worst!

    Advice to Management

Get rid of night dispatch and use people who actually care about the drivers. Keep up raising the pay for the drivers and keep the Guarantee Pay

    Pros

On the account I service, I work less than 50 hrs/week, drive 1800-2300 miles/week. 3 days off every 2 weeks. Dispatch is very professional and responsive. I have looked but not yet found another company paying $60k+/ year for these hours and miles. Flexible: There is room to move into different work schedules and domicile locations or work in dispatch if you want it. Dispatchers are also well paid The insurance is very good

    Cons

Trucks are under-powered. They don't pay for truck washes. No 401k matching or paid holidays. Sometimes I feel overly monitored.

    Advice to Management

    Pay for truck washes!

    Pros

very good new trucks. great pay for the miles you run.

    Cons

deliver on time every time and they still call you to tell you to get up and get moving. you will be spoken too as if you are an complete idiot. not once will you be told thanks for doing a good job. you will fight to get a load to go home. they WILL call you while on YOUR home time to get back to work or else.

    Advice to Management

treat your drivers with respect. if they don't miss pic ups or delivery times, don't hound them on their own cell. don't make threats to fire driver if they wont come back off home time early. stay away from jobs posted on craigslist.

    Pros

Company will let you run a lot of miles.

    Cons

This is the worst trucking company, they will find way to not pay you,and the company treats their drivers like they own them.

    Advice to Management

Your drivers are people, you do not own them.
