decent for high school kids with no desire to grow with the company

Sales Associate (Current Employee) Webster, TX

Prosvery difficult to get fired. low stress. managers dont care enough to actually manage. I am often able to rearrange my schedule or call out when i want.

Advice to Senior Managementfocus on driving sales and spend more time on the sales floor. when there is a serious problem, resolve it. dont ignore it and hope the employee will eventually quit.
