I have been working at K&K Interiors
Pros – Offers overtime most of the year.
Most of the people are friendly.
Known for quality product.
Understanding of needing time off for appointments, etc.
Cons – Lack of communication, growth opportunities, and fairness.
Lack of proper compensation structure.
Hard for temps to get hired in, if not impossible.
No 401K or any other benefits other than some PTO after you have been there awhile and lousy medical and dental.
Unpredictable, management drops the ball too often.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat all employees the same. Hire temps in after 3 to 6 months if they are doing a good job. Open the lines of communication to all employees.

I worked at K&K Interiors full-time for more than 5 years
Pros – The owners were really great, friendly guys. For Christmas, we had an hour paid lunch that was catered for us. When we were super busy, and had to work mandatory they ordered us pizza. Things like that were pretty awesome. The atmosphere was overall pretty friendly.
Cons – Although they tell you that "there is no seniority" there, it's a lie. Do NOT expect to get a raise or just because you're the best and hardest worker in the department. Also, I am asthmatic and their ash tray was located immediately outside of the door, so I was walking through a cloud of smoke every time I walk in and out of the building.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop promoting incompetent jerks and start paying attention to the people that deserve it.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
