    Pros

K12 has lots of areas for employees growth and professional development. Additionally, there are so many different divisions within K12, that the opportunities are countless.

    Cons

K12 has experienced a significant number of changes in the past couple of years. They are not necessarily bad changes, but there have been many key executive changes. Change is never easy.

    Pros

Work from home. Great co-workers. Working with the students in mind and not "the test".

    Cons

Pay below state average. Don't know anything about bonuses, raises, etc.

    Pros

I love working from home and still being able to provide a high quality educational experience for students across the country.

    Cons

Not having face-to-face interactions and working from different time zones can sometimes present a challenge. Many projects are on tight timelines which can be stressful

    Advice to Management

It would be nice for product development to get more immediate feedback from students/teachers.

K12 is a fantastic place to work! I like my job very much. We have flexibility with hours and are treated as professionals.

    Cons

No cons to submit really. The only con is for any work from home job, in that it is easy to overwork.
