    Pros

    Great environment, and atmosphere. Very rewarding and lots of praise and support when needed. Commission is good, as is career development and progress. Better than any other in the market that I am aware of.

    Cons

    Long hours, but its the same everywhere!

    None - This company is only good for graduates....

    Cons

    - No career path
    - No career progression
    - Horrible commission scheme
    - always changing their structure, actually they have NO structure.
    - opening 1 office every 2 month, without anyone on the new offices
    - bad hires at management level
    - terrible decision makers
    - Employee has NO opinion
    - CEO = Puppet of the owner of company

    •is really difficult to grow up as a professional if you are not on sales department

    I have been working at K2 Partnering Solutions

    Pros

    K2 offers excellent and comprehensive training which they have invested heavilty into.. There backoffice operations are second to none, they offer professional legal support and ensure that we deliver a compliant service. If you do well at K2 you are recognised and the opportunities are really endless. The Management listen to each situation individually and invest time to help you resolve any situation. A very multinational office, a great chance to learn other cultures.

    Cons

    Pressure, but lets face it - every recruitment job is pressured and stressful.
    the cons are the same as any recruitment agency - you can go from Zero to Hero and vice versa

    Generally the Managment is very good at K2, The are certain divisions that could take more interest in the group's activities
