Cons – Management doesn't realize the talent available on staff.

Advice to Senior Management – Utilize the employee resources of your staff, they are talented and willing to contribute

Pros – The work we do is of great value to society, We provide educational programming, international news programs, and maintain a vibrant, interactive online presence.

Cons – Working for a non-profit in general is difficult because money is scarce, but it seems that there is a big gap in salaries between the top employees and mid-level to entry-level employees.

Advice to Senior Management – There needs to be more transparency between departments and there needs to be more effort invested in fundraising so that we can support our programming.

Cons – for me it's kind of lack of challenging.
