    Pros

    Although I was a temporary employee, the pay was decent.

    Cons

    I wish I had been able to get more training to potentially have grown into a permanent position.

    Pros

    Some of the best reasons to work for KCI include great products, great people to work with and the fulfillment of helping patients get better faster.

    Cons

    The lack of pay and lack of time to spend with family because of the nature of the position. Also the fact that corporate management does not listen to the complaints of their employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    My advice to upper management is to keep to the promises you make your employees, especially if they undertake a lot more responsibility due to changes in the company. If you say you are going to pay them more, then sick to what you say. Also, listen to your employees and take heed to what they say instead of using band aid solutions to ongoing problems.
